Is this why stress causes me to stop moving?

This video contains some science that is new to me, and I now have a hypothesis why stressful events often cause me to literally curl into a ball.

When watching the video remember three things. First, my medical problems include extremely low levels of dopamine. Second, the stress response is usually called fight or flight, but it’s more accurate to call it fight, flight, or freeze. Finally, a panic attack is a stress response: fight, flight, or freeze.
