A better, more private internet on the horizon

The Electronic Frontier Foundation partnered with Mozilla, Cisco, Akamai, Identrust, and researchers at the University of Michigan to create a free service to allow a website to use encryption whenever you connect to the website. Scheduled for release in summer 2015, the service, Let’s Encrypt, will likely be a historic moment in internet privacy.
